Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver industry-leading client service in a branch setting in Jacksonville. You will handle in-person and phone interactions, develop relationships, and present financial solutions aligned with client goals.

The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties as needed and participating in branch leadership routines. A strong emphasis on compliance, product knowledge, and teamwork supports ongoing sales and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with some travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and over the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships while offering financial solutions.
• Cross train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Support branch sales targets by developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and participate in sales routines.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Engage clients with professional, courteous service during transactions.
