Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Drive sales by developing and expanding client relationships and referrals.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Support branch sales processes through consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.
• Adhere to policies and risk management guidelines.
