Job summary

The role requires opening and maintaining accounts, supporting client engagement through active calling, and assisting clients across branch channels while adhering to compliance standards and driving sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of coaching/mentoring in a retail environment.
• 3–4 years of sales and service with a proven track record.
• 3–4 years of demonstrated success in meeting performance goals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and maintain them.
• Run teller drawer as needed by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, conversations, and follow-up.
• Assist clients via branch, drive-thru, phone and email as assigned.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory procedures.
• Execute retail strategies to attract, retain, and grow core client relationships.
• Act as a client’s personal trusted advisor using the First Client Conversation Model.
• Participate in site center huddles and meetings to support sales and service activities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales, service, and referral goals set by management.
• Provide digital assistance and service for clients using online offerings.
