Job summary

Truist in Easley, SC is seeking a Regular, English-speaking team member to provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone, developing and expanding client relationships. The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties as needed and offering financial solutions that fit client needs through consultative conversations.

You will contribute to branch sales targets, handle routine maintenance and deposits, and refer complex needs to internal specialists.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years client sales and service experience; ability to multi-task and travel as needed; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; must comply with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales functions across deposit, credit and other product lines.
• Contributes to meeting branch client service and sales targets by developing and retaining relationships.
• Refers complex client needs to internal specialists and supports the team sales process.
• Performs teller duties and assists with greeting clients and financial guidance as needed.
• Maintains compliance with internal controls and policies while handling transactions.
