Qualifications

• Two years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoy interacting with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment and passing required checks.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in person and by phone to build and expand client relationships.
• Assist in meeting branch sales targets by offering relevant products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for further support.
• Engage in teller duties as needed and support branch operations.
• Attend sales, service, and product training to improve knowledge and performance.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
