U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will build lasting client relationships through in-person, appointment-based, and virtual interactions. You will assess needs, explain banking products, and guide customers to the right solutions while maintaining a digital-first mindset.

You will open consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and educate clients on digital tools. Expect travel within district branches, a flexible schedule, and driving commitments as part of serving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically five+ years of retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration required; background and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital banking products.
• Travel to defined branch clusters; 2+ hours driving per week.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with accuracy and efficiency.
