Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing deposits and deepening customer relationships.
• Strong consultative-selling, discovery, referral, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow consumer and business deposits and deepen relationships.
• Provide exceptional service and timely financial solutions to customers.
• Balance sales and service duties with teller responsibilities when needed.
• Document customer needs, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately in bank systems.
