Job summary

U.S. Bank in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker who will meet clients face to face, assess banking needs, open and close accounts, and originate consumer loans. You will deliver trusted advice and coordinate with branch teammates to provide a seamless client experience.

Candidates should have strong communication and sales skills, knowledge of retail products and digital banking, and be prepared for a travel requirement of 10+ hours per week. NMLS registration is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Provides banking advice and educates clients on digital self-service tools.
• Represents branch in delivering exceptional client experiences and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Collaborates with branch teammates to meet customers' financial needs.
