Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted relationships with customers in a face-to-face setting, assess banking needs, open accounts, and guide clients toward deposit and loan products.

You will educate clients on digital banking tools, process service requests with precision, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Prior retail banking or financial services exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Experience with digital banking products and services a plus.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend financial solutions.
• Knowledge of bank policies and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with clients through proactive outreach.
