Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to meet with clients face to face, assess banking needs, and provide tailored financial solutions. The role includes opening accounts, processing transactions, and educating clients on digital products and services.

The position emphasizes proactive outreach to develop client relationships and drive customer satisfaction. Applicants should be prepared to handle consumer and small business banking needs while maintaining compliance with NMLS

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Typically <4 years retail banking experience or equivalent training.
Strong ability to build and foster client relationships.
Comfort with digital banking products and self-service tools.

Responsibilities

Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
Maintains working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service tools.
