Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and resolve complex inquiries and complaints.

• Open and manage personal and business accounts with compliance.
• Assist with loan applications and loan processing with guidance from senior staff.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Mentor junior staff and support branch operations and risk management.
