Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma.
• 2 years banking experience with lending responsibilities required.
• 1 year of training and/or mentorship, military or management experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, high-level customer service for complex inquiries and concerns.
• Serve as primary contact for high-net-worth individuals or business customers with tailored solutions.
• Cross-sell banking products and meet monthly sales/referral goals.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist with online and mobile banking usage and onboarding.
• Process loan applications and support the loan approval workflow.
• Balance cash drawer and handle transactions accurately.
• Mentor junior Relationship Banker I/II staff and support branch operations.
