Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; substitution allowed year-for-year.
• Experience with Medicaid or healthcare finance preferred.
• Strong data analysis and SQL/R/Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops data analyses to determine payment rates for Acute Care and Hospital programs.
• Reviews and maintains complex data systems and reports for rate setting.
• Communicates complex information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assists with policy and procedure development and documentation.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal rules and participates in legislative inquiries.
