Job summary

Emerson Electric Co. seeks a Compliance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance program.

The role supervises activities, policies, procedures, and records to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal standards. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in governance and compliance within a large corporation, with BA/BS or higher preferred, and strong IT/quality auditing experience including SOX, PCI, HIPAA, and CSV.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in governance and compliance for a large corporation.
• BA/BS or advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years experience in governance and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of IT and/or quality auditing and controls including SOX, SSAE 16 (SOC 1 & SOC 2), PCI, NIST, DIACAP, FedRAMP, ISO 27001/27002, ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
• Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA.
• Familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) processes.
• Understanding of security and quality management system standards and risk management.
• Experience in IT, Cloud or managed hosting services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle Applications/Database and infrastructure components.
• Project Management skills.
