Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of related experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Master's degree preferred in engineering, economics, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to strengthen the compliance program across sub-functions.
• Develop and monitor compliance maturity, controls, and risk metrics.
• Perform gap analyses and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive reports on outcomes and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives through risk-based planning and change leadership.
