Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior Associate General Counsel, Regulatory Compliance to guide legal strategy and compliance across global technology laws. The role involves leading a regional legal team, advising on complex privacy/cybersecurity matters, and coordinating with IT, HR, Marketing, and other functions to ensure regulatory alignment.

You will also oversee outside counsel, provide training, and monitor evolving laws to protect Emerson's operations and reputation.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law with a law degree from an accredited school.
• Experience supporting global data privacy and cybersecurity programs.
• Ability to lead internal teams and manage relationships with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level legal advice on complex regulatory matters including cybersecurity and data privacy.
