Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides senior level advice to business units on complex legal matters including cybersecurity, data privacy, AI, incident response, and governance.
• Leads regional team of legal professionals and manages outside counsel as needed.
• Provides ongoing training on regulations and best practices across business units and law department.
• Oversees post-acquisition integration from a legal perspective across applicable areas.
• Monitors and interprets evolving privacy and cybersecurity laws and regulations.
