Navitus Health Solutions, LLC seeks a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and regulatory initiatives. You will draft legal documents, manage templates, and ensure corporate records are up to date.

The role requires a law degree and about 5 years of experience, with preference for Wisconsin licensure, and offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to influence Navitus' CQI and compliance programs.

Competenze

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice law preferred in Wisconsin.
• Approximately 5 years of legal experience required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Mansioni

• Draft legal documents and templates and manage corporate records.
• Support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel in regulatory matters.
• Prepare memorandums and correspondence.
• Inform the development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and provide guidance on legal issues.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on implications of business objectives and policies.
• Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
• File legal documents and correspondence in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
