Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and the Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory. The role involves drafting legal documents and templates, managing corporate legal records, performing research, and preparing correspondence under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory.
• Draft legal documents and templates and manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
• Impart Navitus and SSM Health values and facilitate integration into CQI activities.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on implications of business objectives and policies.
• Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
• File legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
