Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC seeks a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our legal team in supporting the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel.

The role involves drafting legal documents, managing templates and records, conducting legal research, and advising on policy implications under limited supervision. The ideal candidate has a law degree, 5 years of legal experience, and a Wisconsin license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

• Drafts legal documents and templates under supervision.
• Manages document templates and corporate legal records.
• Performs records and legal research and prepares correspondence.
• Informs the development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and provides guidance on legal issues.
• Provides legal counsel to Navitus staff on implications of business objectives and policies.
