Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team in the United States.

You will assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, and be responsible for drafting legal documents and templates, managing document templates and corporate legal records, and performing records and legal research under limited supervision. This senior role requires a JD, at least 5 years of legal experience, and a preference for a Wisconsin license.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin law license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence.
• Provide legal counsel on business objectives and ensure staff compliance with policies.
