Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Regulatory team. The role involves drafting legal documents, templates, and maintaining records while upholding Navitus' values in CQI activities.

The attorney will advise on legal issues, develop new initiatives from a legal perspective, and counsel Navitus staff on policies and business objectives. A strong compliance mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program is required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin is preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal is required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, with drafting legal documents and templates and managing templates and records.
• Impart Navitus and SSM Health's philosophy, values, mission and vision in CQI activities.
• Prepare additional legal documents, such as memorandums and correspondence.
• Inform the development of new Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and advise on policy implications.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and applicable policies and practices.
• Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and legal codes; file documents in filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
