Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Regulatory team. You will draft legal documents, manage templates, conduct research, and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.

The role contributes to Navitus’ CQI initiatives and ensures policy alignment across content and operations. The ideal candidate has a law degree, 5 years of legal experience, and a Wisconsin licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice law; Wisconsin license preferred.
• 5 years of legal experience required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, with drafting legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records, and perform legal research.
• Prepare memoranda and correspondence under limited supervision.
• Inform development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and guide policy implications.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and policies.
