Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel with drafting legal documents, managing templates, conducting legal research, and preparing correspondence.

This role helps shape corporate policy, ensures compliance, and provides legal guidance to staff on business objectives. A law degree and 5 years of experience are required; Wisconsin license preferred.

Competenze

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program required.
• ~ License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• ~5 years of experience working in legal required.
• ~ Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives

Mansioni

• Draft legal documents and templates for the organization.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and policy implications.
• Help develop new Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective.
• Research statutes, contracts, and legal codes and file documents in filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and contracts.
