Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory. You will draft legal documents, manage templates and records, conduct legal research, and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.

The role includes guiding on legal issues to shape the organization’s direction. The position requires a law degree and 5+ years of legal experience, with Wisconsin licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Law degree required from an accredited program.
• License to practice law preferred in Wisconsin.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a legal role.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and templates and manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
• Inform development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and provide guidance on legal issues.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on implications of business objectives and policies.
• Research statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, contracts, and legal codes.
• File legal documents and correspondence in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.
