Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel. The role involves drafting legal documents, maintaining templates, and conducting legal research with limited supervision.

You will advise staff on legal implications of business objectives and help shape organizational direction. The position requires a law degree, 5 years of legal experience, and a Wisconsin license preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program is required.
• 5 years of experience working in legal field is required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin is preferred.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with staff.

Responsibilities

• Drafts legal documents and templates and manages legal records.
• Provides legal counsel to staff on business objectives and policy implications.
• Researches statutes, decisions, contracts and legal codes.
• Develops processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and contracts.
• Performs general legal duties as assigned.
