Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team.

The role supports the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, by drafting legal documents and templates, managing templates and corporate records, and performing legal research under limited supervision. Ideal candidates hold a JD, license to practice (Wisconsin preferred), and at least five years of legal experience.

Qualifications

Completion of a law degree through an accredited program required.
License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
5 years of experience working in legal required.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with employees.

Responsibilities

Draft legal documents and templates.
Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
Inform the development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective.
Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and policies.
Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts and legal codes.
File legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and contracts.
