Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel. The role involves drafting legal documents, managing templates and corporate records, and performing legal research.

You will provide guidance on legal issues affecting Navitus’ objectives and ensure staff are informed of applicable policies and practices. The position requires a law degree and at least 5 years of legal experience, with Wisconsin licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of an accredited law degree.
• Licensure to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business implications and policy.
• Research statutes, cases, contracts, and codes.
• File legal documents in digital and physical systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing legal documents and managing contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.
