Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory. You will draft legal documents and templates, manage corporate records, and perform legal research under limited supervision.

The role requires 5 years of legal experience, a law degree, and Wisconsin licensure is preferred. This position is remote-friendly and serves the US with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research.
• Prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business implications and policies.
• Research statutes, decisions, contracts, and codes.
• File legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and contracts.
• Other duties as assigned
