Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel in drafting legal documents, managing templates and records, and conducting legal research under limited supervision.

This role helps translate Navitus and SSM Health values into CQI activities, develops new legal documents, and provides practical legal guidance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program.
• ~ License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• ~5 years of experience working in legal required.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and templates, manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Imparts Navitus and SSM Health values and facilitates integration into CQI activities.
• Prepares memorandums and correspondence.
• Inform development of new Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and provide guidance on legal issues.
• Provides legal counsel to Navitus staff on policy implications and ensures staff are informed of applicable policies.
