The role focuses on drafting legal documents, managing templates, maintaining corporate records, and conducting legal research under limited supervision. The candidate will advise staff on policy implications, help shape company initiatives from a legal perspective, and contribute to a robust compliance program while interacting professionally with

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilités

• Drafts legal documents and templates and manages document templates and corporate legal records.
• Performs records and legal research and prepares correspondence.
• Provides legal counsel to Navitus staff on implications of business objectives and policies.
• Develops processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
• Files legal documents and correspondence in digital and physical filing systems.
