The role drives registration, scheduling, transcripts, and degree verification while ensuring FERPA compliance and data integrity across systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in a registrar, academic advising, academic records, or enrollment services office.
• Working knowledge of FERPA and its application to student records.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains accurate, secure student records in Jenzabar and related platforms.
• Leads registration, scheduling, and the academic calendar processes.
• Oversees degree audit, graduation certification, and transcript production.
• Ensures FERPA compliance and reporting requirements.
• Supervises staff, manages budgets and vendor relations.
