Job summary

Exelon is seeking a seasoned leader to own regional maintenance planning, budgeting and execution within its energy delivery operations. You will manage preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs, forecast regional budgets, and align work plans with financial and reliability objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive utility operations knowledge, and experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 7-10 years of industry experience.
• Proven leadership ability in a high-performance culture.
• Proven high level management skills in coaching and facilitating business competency.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.
• Working knowledge of Passport and Project View Applications.
• Extensive knowledge of utility operations.
• Experience working with contract vendors.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of utility industry financial strategies.
• In lieu of degree, 9-12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, plan, prepare and execute regional corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance tasks and projects.
• Implement and monitor Work Management policies, programs and processes and optimize resources.
• Develop regional business plan and budget; forecast, re-forecast and monitor regional budget.
• Develop and communicate budget and work plan performance reports to regional operations lead.
• Develop and implement key performance measures, controls and procedures for Work Management consistency.
• Coordinate resource shifts and interface with other departments to drive proper resource allocation.
• Lead a regional work control team and cultivate a learning, high-performance culture.
• Ensure regional work plan aligns with regional O&M and Capital budget targets.
• Direct responsibility for ensuring reliability, safety and financial objectives are met.
