You will ensure alignment with financial targets, reliability goals, and regulatory requirements while driving process improvements and resource sharing across a large field operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 9-12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Proven leadership in a high-performance culture and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning in utility or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional budget and work plan aligned with O&M and Capital targets.
• Coordinate resources to optimize schedules and ensure reliable operations.
• Forecast, re-forecast and monitor regional budget performance.
• Implement and enforce Work Management policies and processes.
• Lead the regional work control team and promote a high-performance culture.
