Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior leader to orchestrate regional maintenance planning, budgeting, and work management across a multi-discipline field operations team. You will ensure alignment with reliability goals, regulatory priorities, and financial targets while driving continuous improvement and resource optimization.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills to manage a diverse workforce and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver on regional objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, plan, prepare and execute regional maintenance tasks, projects, switching evolutions and tests across disciplines.
• Implement and monitor the Work Management policies, programs and processes to optimize resources and align with financial and reliability goals.
• Develop regional business plan and budget, forecast and monitor O&M and capital targets, and report performance to the regional operations lead.
• Develop and maintain learning and performance culture, and provide leadership to the regional work control team.
