Job summary

Dow seeks a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small-to-medium customers and manage regional distribution. You will also engage large accounts, define sales territories, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, driving cross-channel sales, and negotiating price strategies aligned with Dow's goals. Fluency in English and customer-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above the stated rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Legal ability to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Build relationships across customer levels and execute sales/marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
