Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and build strong relationships with key influencers. You will generate leads, define sales territories, and coordinate cross-functional solutions via in-person, phone, and email channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent is a prerequisite.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Expand the account portfolio and Dow's regional presence.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Expand network within customer organizations across levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plans to deliver volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals and compliance.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
