Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market. You will lead lead generation, define territories, and deliver on a comprehensive sales plan across channels.

You will build strong relationships with key influencers, oversee price strategies, and collaborate with production and supply chain to develop forecasts. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; coordinate with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
