Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts in the Pacific Northwest.

You’ll lead lead generation, define territories, and provide technical solutions through multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, and email. You will build relationships across customer organizations, develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and execute sales strategies aligned with marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value delivery.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape the sales plan and product development.
