What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within capital equipment financing (or 5+ years with an advanced degree)
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing digital platforms and resources is a plus
