They’re looking to hire a player/coach Senior Sales Manager to lead a team. This person will be responsible for driving sales, developing strong relationships with clients, and helping the team grow. The ideal candidate is someone who loves coaching others, knows how to close deals, and understands cloud services. What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of Cloud Solution Consultants across the U.S.
• Work toward hitting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Train, coach, and support new and current team members.
• Build strong working relationships with internal sales teams and partners.
• Help develop strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
• Travel up to 50% to meet with team members, clients, and partners.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve services and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 3 years of experience managing or leading a sales team.
• A proven record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with cloud services
• Experience working with sales partners and supporting joint sales efforts.
