A leading company in bulk cooking oil management is seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Enablement to develop training programs for various commercial teams. The role involves implementing an LMS and ensuring that teams have the skills necessary to achieve growth. This position offers competitive compensation with an incentive opportunity and the possibility of remote work within the continental US.
The Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement will set the strategic direction and oversee the execution of all training and development programs for the Restaurant Technologies commercial organization. This pivotal role is responsible for scaling our enablement initiatives to drive significant gains in sales productivity and efficiency.
This leader will deliver high-impact learning programs for all commercial teams, including National Accounts, Mid-Market, and Retail, and our Sales Managers. A key priority will be building out a comprehensive development program for our sales managers to elevate their coaching and leadership capabilities. This individual will also spearhead the selection and implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) to maximize the scale, efficiency, and impact of our training efforts. Ultimately, this role is accountable for ensuring our commercial teams have the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve our revenue goals and drive predictable growth.
Location and Travel
This position can be located anywhere in the continental US, with up to 20% domestic travel to corporate and field locations; expect higher travel during onboarding for field-based activities and team workshops.
Compensation
$140k – 165k base salary plus 20% incentive opportunity.
