Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small- to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market, with regional scope that can span the Pacific Northwest and potentially global opportunities.

You will generate leads, define territories, and provide technical solutions across channels. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive volume, forecast demand, and develop pricing strategies while building relationships with key influencers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at/above U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan and collaborate with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decision-making.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals, considering legal and regulatory factors.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
