Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest region, supporting small to mid-size customers and managed distribution. You will lead negotiations, define sales territories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and drive revenue.

Responsibilities include expanding the account portfolio, developing forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and leveraging market intelligence to shape the sales plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value.
