Job summary

ArtHaus Properties in Oakland, CA is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a growing portfolio across multifamily, commercial, and industrial assets. This hands-on role requires steering takeovers, staffing, and performance improvements while reporting to the President and collaborating with Leasing, Maintenance, Accounting, and Compliance teams.

You will own the portfolio’s occupancy, operating budgets, and tenant relations, ensure scalable procedures, and establish repeatable playbooks

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressively responsible property management experience, including three or more at the regional or senior portfolio level.
• Track record leading property acquisitions, management transitions, or portfolio takeovers.
• Strong commercial property management experience, preferably industrial/flex or mixed-use assets.
• Fluency in property-level financials: budgets, variances, collections, and operating performance.
• Experience implementing property management systems; Yardi is a plus.
• An operator capable of stabilizing imperfect situations and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Full operating accountability for an assigned residential, commercial, and industrial/flex portfolio.
• Lease administration, tenant obligations, CAM reconciliations, renewals, and vendor coordination.
• Takeovers and onboarding: due diligence, system setup, data transfer, communications, and stabilization plans.
• Staffing decisions for each property with coverage for vacancies and peak demand.
• Establish consistent operating standards and scalable procedures.
• Property-level scorecards and financial reviews.
• Lead the ArtHaus takeover playbook and apply learnings from transitions.
