Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential property management experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Property management certifications (CAM/ARM/RAM/SHCM/NAHP-CPL/CGPM).
• Experience managing multiple properties or a regional portfolio.
• Knowledge of property management operations and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multifamily and affordable housing communities with strong financial performance.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and monthly financial reviews.
• Drive occupancy, rent collections, and revenue growth strategies.
• Lead and support Property Managers and on-site teams regionally.
• Drive occupancy, rent collections, renewals, and leasing performance.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other housing regulations.
• Partner with maintenance teams to preserve assets and control expenses.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, clients, residents, and stakeholders.
• Review performance metrics and implement action plans to reach portfolio goals.
