Job summary

You will mentor engineers, conduct trainings, and coordinate multi-task troubleshooting while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and interpret manuals.
• Proficient in data analysis, word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Ability to formulate root cause hypotheses and action plans with clear criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality remote and on-site escalation support and escalation management.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate multiple technical tasks.
• Work directly with customers to meet needs with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required by business needs.
