Job summary

Cresa in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Regional Portfolio Operations to coordinate regional portfolio projects and vendor partners nationwide. You will lead a national team of PMs, Assistant PMs, and Project Coordinators, communicating with stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to handle ambiguity, and strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• 4–7 years of project management and/or real estate/facilities management.
• Experience with vendor relationships and oversight.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative management of regional complex projects from inception to close.
• Manage Master Schedule for moves and launches and coordinate communications.
• Support Regional Directors with scheduling of MAC services.
• Lead regional operations teams and manage project coordination.
• Escalate issues and risks and provide problem-solving recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships and represent Cresa on projects.
