Job summary

Cresa is seeking a Project Manager II - Lead for the AMER Regional Portfolio Operations. You will supervise regional PMs, Assistant PMs, and Project Coordinators, coordinating activities with vendors and clients to achieve project goals.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering on schedule. In-office work is required at least four days per week to support regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; not required.
• 4–7 years of related experience in project management and/or real estate and facilities management.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interface with clients effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; daily client and team communication.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and be proactive.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint, or similar software programs.
• Excellent organization, time management, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative management of regional complex projects from inception to close out.
• Oversee Master Schedule for moves and launch including communications for large team moves and audits.
• Support Regional Directors with scheduling and management of ad-hoc MAC services.
• Provide leadership to regional operations team across projects and portfolios.
• Manage a direct team including PMs, Assistant PMs and Project Coordinators.
• Address high-sensitivity client and vendor situations at project and program levels.
• Lead issue/risk escalations and provide recommended actions to leadership.
• Build strong client relationships and represent Cresa on projects.
• Maintain knowledge of vendor services and capabilities, processes and deliverables.
• Lead project coordination meetings with stakeholders and vendors across regions.
