Job summary

Cresa is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Account Operations to lead the account operations across North America, supervising a four-person team and owning vendor budget management, invoicing, and reporting. You will manage data for budget processes and ensure accurate, timely financials, while partnering with PMs and leadership to optimize processes.

The role requires deep experience in account operations, invoicing, and reporting, plus strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in account operations or program management.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience managing invoicing, quoting, and vendor payment processes.
• Experience in vendor/contractor labor environments and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a four-person team responsible for end-to-end vendor budget management.
• Oversee quoting and invoicing lifecycle for vendor labor services across NA.
• Own quotes and invoices approvals, workflow, and reconciliation in SAP Concur.
• Develop and maintain spend and headcount reporting for budgeting cycles.
• Provide strategic direction to Vendor Operations and drive process improvements.
• Produce monthly/quarterly business reviews and variances with leadership.
• Maintain KPIs, SLAs, and cross-functional liaison with PM, Operations, and Sr. Leadership.
